STEVE BUDD is a recent transplant from Boston and, yes, he prefers rain to snow. He's done lots of theater over the years--from Boston to Maine to Tel Aviv--and appeared last year as Joey Bishop in The Tribute at San Francisco's Post Street Theatre. In the past few years he's gravitated toward standup comedy and solo performance and now--get this!--improv.
