WHO’S WHO IN THE CAST
Narrative Conservatory Company Member
PAUL DOUGHERTY has always been fascinated with theatre and plays, even at a young age. At 7 he wrote a nativity play that was performed by his 2nd grade Catechism class. In the 7th Grade Paul adapted a short story for his Junior High School English Class and co-directed and co-produced the filming of the play with his good friend Paul Hendrickson using his classmates as cast and crew. Paul started acting about 10 years ago when his roommate at the time, Randy Parker, cast him in a radio play. Since then he has been active with Shoestring Radio Theatre as an actor, writer, and director. He also is involved with movie reviews for Movie Magazine International under the production of Monica Sullivan and Steve Rubinstein. Paul’s Improv path started in 2001 when he wanted to improve his skills and his roommate at the time, Randy Parker, paid for a BATS class as a birthday present for him. He immediately knew that he found something that he loved, and has been involved ever since taking classes at BATS, Lila Theatre, and privately. Paul would like to thank those that have helped him on his Improv path including Derek Cochrane, Jill Eickmann, Laura Derry, and John Remak. Paul lives with his wife Dawn, and their cat, Kitty. He is a licensed CPA and enjoys travel, literature, and a good movie.
